CRaP (n' Stuff) Club (Monthly Fee)

Have you ever thought how helpful it would be to just get one specific question asked but not sure how to do that?   Here's your opportunity!!!! The CRaP n' Stuff Club is a community of likeminded parents and caregivers who want research-backed guidance from a clinical (holistic) nutritionist specializing in gut health, constipation relief, feeding tubes, and blended diets.  Why is it called CRaP (n' Stuff)?  Constipation relief requires a healthy gut.  So does relief of any other digestive distress symptom.  CRaP stands for Constipation Relief Program  and the Stuff refers to any other digestive distress issue.  When the gut is healthy and doing what it's supposed to then kids can enjoy eating and parents no longer need to be hyper focused on whether their children will poop (and what it's consistency will be), vomit, have reflux, pain, excess mucus, or skin issues.   The CRaP Club is like having a nutritionist-in-your-pocket.  Rather than staying up late trying to sort through endless amounts of differing opinions on the internet, you can ask / check / discuss with clinical nutritionists, other alternative practitioners, and other like-minded parents.    The Club is guided and run by Clinical (Holistic) Nutritionist and Certified High Performance Coach Lisa Joan Anderson.  Lisa is first a mom to 2 young adults, one with special needs (22q11 deletion and autism). Both had significant eating, digestive, and pooping issues.  After spending years researching and applying her learning to help her daughters, she returned to school to study clinical nutrition so she could help other parents help their children.  The focus of her practice is paediatric gut health in which she focuses on eliminating digestive distress symptoms by providing constipation relief support, customized blenderized diets, feeding tube guidance, and parent support so that parents and kids can enjoy time together as a family.   Your monthly subscription includes the following: - weekly Q&A sessions  - current research findings to support discussion topics - opportunities to discuss topics usually banned on social media - protocols for kids for different aspects of health / wellness   - webinars with guest speakers - discussion areas in the Club - opportunities to discuss topics usually banned on social media - a community of support not hosted on Facebook - opportunities to provide input on discussion topics and protocols - recipes, tips, mindset moments and other parent support found helpful as the Club evolves! Membership in the Club does NOT include: - direct advice / guidance for you or your child (i.e., if your child's health history is necessary to respond to a question then you can book a Stuck-in-the-Muck call) - customized bio-individual protocols / guidelines / responses / discussions.  For this type of individualized help you will still need to become a private one-to-one client   NOTE:  This is a Club for parents who are looking for holistic health options for helping their children.  Members promoting drugs and medications and programs or beliefs supporting the use of drugs or medications that do not support the intention of this Club will be asked to leave without that month's membership fee being refunded.   This Club will be a safe place for discussions and any member who attacks another member in any way will be asked to leave without that month's membership fee being refunded.

Mosaic Diagnostics (previously Great Plains Laboratory) Organic Acids Test

Includes the Mosaic Diagnostics (previously Great Plains Laboratory) Organic Acids (Urine) Test (OAT).   The OAT is helpful for those who would like information on the following: including: Intestinal Microbial Overgrowth markers evaluate for candida activity, clostridia bacteria toxins, potential mold exposure, and imbalance in the gut microflora. Oxalate Metabolites provide insight into oxalate levels being generated by organisms within the system or via dietary contributions. Glycolytic Cycle Metabolites and Mitochondrial Markers (Krebs Cycle and Amino Acid Metabolites) evaluate for metabolic efficiency (e.g., use of glucose and amino acids for energy generation) and mitochondrial dysfunction. Neurotransmitter Metabolites evaluate for phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan metabolism which are linked to neurotransmitter status and quinolinic acid production. Pyrimidine Metabolites & Ketone and Fatty Acid Oxidation markers give insight into folate status and cellular turnover, as well as mitochondrial utilization of fatty acids for energy production. Nutritional Markers provide insight into the sufficiency of essential vitamins, antioxidants, and metabolic pathway co-factors. Indicators of Detoxification assess for the presence of oxidative stress via markers of glutathione sufficiency and methylation versus transsulfuration function. Amino Acid Metabolites may suggest functional nutrient need or be reflective of genetic metabolic dysfunction if a consistently, persistently elevated level of a particular analyte is noted. The Mineral Metabolism marker provides insight into dietary intake of phosphate and can give insights into Vitamin D levels. Note:  This does not include any follow up appointment with recommendations based on test results.

Mediator Release Food Sensitivity Test

MRT 176 Mediator Release Test for Food Sensitivities  What is the Leap MRT Test? Traditionally, food sensitivities are tested by looking for antibodies to different foods in the blood. To get accurate test results, the person must have consumed enough of the food for a period of several weeks in order to produce enough antibodies for testing. This is ok if you currently eat the foods being tested and you don’t have a compromised immune system (taking steroidal anti-inflammatories, have autoimmune concerns, digestive issues, etc.).Food sensitivities are also more complex than just antibody production. There are many other inflammatory chemicals the immune system can produce that promote sensitivities. This is where the MRT test comes in. The MRT uses a much different, and more accurate, technique to identify type 3 and type 4 food sensitivities. The test also includes 30 food chemicals and additives to make sure you stay clear of those that impact your health the most. The MRT results also come with a wallet-size card with your sensitivities on them so you have a quick reference while grocery shopping.   What this test includes: Sample MRT Report (you do not need to consume the foods on the report prior to sample collection) Specimen Collection and Shipping Instructions How MRT Works Draw Location Processed by Oxford Biomedical Turnaround Time: 5-7 Business Days Not Available in: New York Includes a 30 minute call before test is done and a 30 minute call when results are in   Recommended:  follow up calls at 2 weeks and 6 weeks (see add-on option at check out)
